Le Gus't, also known as Cave Conseil, is a French off-licence and independent bottler situated in the southeastern part of France, primarily in Manosque, with additional shops in the Marseille area. This family-run business has a rich history spanning over 30 years and operates seven stores. In 2013, Le Gus't ventured into the world of independent bottling, embarking on a journey to Scotland to handpick and taste casks. Their inaugural release, a 1999, 12-year-old Bowmore, garnered significant acclaim. Le Gus't takes a meticulous approach to its annual releases, typically offering fewer than three bottlings.

Each of their bottlings is numbered, with speculation suggesting that undisclosed Speyside 1988 selections may secretly hail from Macallan, adding an element of mystery and intrigue to their portfolio.
